Made Quinoa and used it 2 different ways today. Did you know Quinoa is gluten-free and packed with nutrients like protein, zinc, fiber, folate, and antioxidants.
Quinoa doesn’t take long to prepare, and you can add it to your diet in both sweet and savory dishes.
Lunch - power bowl with quinoa, warmed chickpeas, parsley, veggies and made a lemon Tahini sauce.
Dinner - quiona with shredded carrots, broccoli and ground turkey spaghetti sauce.
