Important Notice from Bruce County Paramedic Services ‼️
Residents in Bruce County may be experiencing issues when calling 9-1-1 from a landline, resulting in a busy signal.
An outage is affecting Bell Canada and local phone providers using Bell services. Calls to 9-1-1 from cell phones are not impacted at this time.
If you find you don't have the ability to make a call to 9-1-1:
1️⃣Try another phone service: If your landline is not connecting, try a cell phone.
2️⃣Seek help from a neighbour: Your neighbour may be able to help connect you with 9-1-1.
Be prepared to provide full location details, including your address, fire number, house number and nearest intersection.
