I see so many women who are genuinely trying.

They’re eating well.
They’re moving their body.
They’re doing their best to stay consistent.

Metabolism support in perimenopause doesn’t exactly scream exciting 😅

And if you’ve been avoiding it, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or just tired of thinking about it, that makes complete sense.

Most women are told it’s calories, macros, and willpower,
even while they’re exercising, eating well, and still gaining.

Frustrating? Totally.

That’s exactly why I’m passionate about changing this conversation.

Lately it feels like everywhere you turn there’s another message about weight loss “wins” in perimenopause…

Eat more protein.
Lift heavier.
Cut carbs.
Track your macros again.

And you’re sitting there thinking, I’ve already done all of that… so why does my body feel like it’s doing the opposite?

You’re not new to effort, and you’re not someone who avoids follow-through.

You try to plan your meals, you move your body, you take the supplements, and you genuinely try to do this the “right” way.

And yet your body feels heavier, your energy is inconsistent, your clothes fit differently from week to week,

and the scale either doesn’t move at all or moves in the wrong direction.
