I see so many women who are genuinely trying.
They’re eating well.
They’re moving their body.
They’re doing their best to stay consistent.
And yet their clothes are getting tighter from week to week.
Their energy crashes earlier than it used to.
They feel puffy, inflamed, and uncomfortable in their own skin.
That can really start to mess with your head.
A lot of this comes down to being taught the wrong things for this stage of life.
Ideas about what your body should respond to get repeated so often they start to feel like facts…
even when they don’t reflect what’s actually happening inside your body.
It’s frustrating when effort doesn’t seem to pay off.
Especially when you don’t yet understand what your body is dealing with right now
or how to support it in a way that actually makes sense.
