Lately it feels like everywhere you turn there’s another message about weight loss “wins” in perimenopause…

Eat more protein.
Lift heavier.
Cut carbs.
Track your macros again.

And you’re sitting there thinking, I’ve already done all of that… so why does my body feel like it’s doing the opposite?

You’re not new to effort, and you’re not someone who avoids follow-through.

You try to plan your meals, you move your body, you take the supplements, and you genuinely try to do this the “right” way.

And yet your body feels heavier, your energy is inconsistent, your clothes fit differently from week to week,

Women came in exhausted and gaining weight. They were told “your labs are normal” and sent home with “eat less, exercise more.”

They came back heavier and more frustrated.

I was going through the same thing with my own body.

I just KNEW women needed deeper support and that there were answers.

That’s when I realized…”normal” labs don’t mean nothing’s going on.
