BARS class IN KINDERSLEY
This class is like “defragging” (do they even say that any more) your brain. There is lots of crazy stuff going on today. What if you could be happier and more peaceful, no matter what is going on around you.

In this class you learn to run the BARS. You will receive 2 treatments and give 2 treatments. This will help to let go of old thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs that are keeping you stuck.

You will have a new set of tools to de-stress your life.

Cost: $450, half price if you have taken class with any Bars facilitator before

15 and under are FREE, when attending with a paying adult
