Hey everyone! I know I’ve been pretty absent on social media, but I’m still here 🤗

As some of you already know, my fiancé Darien and I are getting married this August!

I know my schedule has been a little spotty lately as I’ve been busy wedding planning, but I have FINALLY finished updating it to the first week of August! After that I will be off for the rest of the month, and back September 1st!

As always, I appreciate the continued support 🫶✌️

So as some of you already know, I am now offering hot stone therapy!

Hot stones have been commonly viewed as a tool for deep relaxation, and while they are great for that, they are even better when used for deep tissue treatments.

The heat from the stones warms and relaxes the tissues quickly, allowing for deeper access a lot faster with very little discomfort. This way your treatment can be both relaxing and effective!

You can add hot stones to any treatment for no extra charge. When booking your appointment online, just comment “Hot Stones” in the comment box and I will have them ready for your appointment! If you already have an appointment booked and want to add them, just give me a heads up before your appointment!

Just a quick PSA!

I know the mosquitoes are ridiculous right now, so of course bug spray is a must!

Unfortunately I’ve been finding over the last couple of weeks that bug spray and massage oil do not mix well. The area being treated becomes very sticky making it uncomfortable/difficult to treat, which then becomes an uncomfortable treatment for you!

So if you’re able to either not use it or rinse it off before your appointment it will help you get the most out of your massage ☺️
