Today was my last day of work before I head to Chiang Mai on Monday! My classes start the following week, I’m so excited to share what I learn with you guys along the way!

I’m hoping to have a better idea of when I’ll be returning to work sometime in April, and I’m planning to make some tweaks to my schedule to better suit you guys!

I’m looking forward to seeing you guys at the end of May(ish)! 🫶✌️

With December now fully booked, and January already starting to fill up, I just wanted to express my gratitude to every single person who supported my practice this busy season. Your trust means everything to me as an RMT. 🙏

There are now only 2 months left to book before I am off to Thailand for 2 months 😳 time flies! Leaving my practice for that long does make me nervous, but I know the knowledge and experience that I’ll be bringing back will be worth it.

I truly couldn’t do it without your continued trust and support, I appreciate you all! 🫶

EXCITING NEWS!

So it’s official, I will be heading to Chiang Mai, Thailand in March of 2026 to study Nuad Boran (Traditional Thai Massage) for 2 months! 😳 I know it’s a long time to be away, but I figured if not now, when?

Traditional Thai Massage first peaked my interest when I attended a Massage Therapy conference earlier this year, I attended an introductory Thai Massage class and knew it was something I needed to do, so here we are!

For those of you wondering, Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing art that combines elements of massage, acupressure, and assisted yoga-like stretching. It originated in Thailand over 2,500 years ago.

I know we still have a few months before I go, but I am so excited to be sharing this with you! I cannot wait to take you on this journey, and share what I learn along the way!

Happy Thanksgiving 🤗
I hope everyone has enjoyed time with their loved ones this weekend 🫶
Thanksgiving looked a little different for me this year as I’ve been out in Victoria visiting a dear friend, taking in all of the views and live music.
I’m so thankful for my people, including each and every one of you who have supported me and continue to do so. Im so thankful to have a career that I love! 💕

Hey everyone! I know I’ve been pretty absent on social media, but I’m still here 🤗

As some of you already know, my fiancé Darien and I are getting married this August!

I know my schedule has been a little spotty lately as I’ve been busy wedding planning, but I have FINALLY finished updating it to the first week of August! After that I will be off for the rest of the month, and back September 1st!

As always, I appreciate the continued support 🫶✌️

So as some of you already know, I am now offering hot stone therapy!

Hot stones have been commonly viewed as a tool for deep relaxation, and while they are great for that, they are even better when used for deep tissue treatments.

The heat from the stones warms and relaxes the tissues quickly, allowing for deeper access a lot faster with very little discomfort. This way your treatment can be both relaxing and effective!

You can add hot stones to any treatment for no extra charge. When booking your appointment online, just comment “Hot Stones” in the comment box and I will have them ready for your appointment! If you already have an appointment booked and want to add them, just give me a heads up before your appointment!
