When 3 powerful woman come together, magic happens!!! ⚡️⚡️

Today I saw 3 amazing Intuative Energy Healing clients 🥰, then the last spot of the day was saved for these beautiful ladies!

We came together to heal each other, to share our skills, to cry and to laugh (a lot!).
We worked through sacral chakra entities, self worth, and grief supported with fascia release to physically move the trapped emotions and let go of the situations.

Im honoured to be friends with such universal strength. 💗

Bowen Work - the fascia work that I do and Lymphatics helps the nervous system reset 😮‍💨

As caregivers, it's not uncommon to slip into patterns of codependency, believing that if others aren’t okay, we can’t be okay either. When this happens we might feel pressure to step in, even when it isn’t our responsibility. In those moments, Spirit reminds us that it's not our job to solve the problems of those we love. That emotional and energetic weight isn't always ours to carry.

This mantra has been a go-to of mine when I'm feeling worry, fear, or pressure to intervene. When you need help reinforcing loving, healthy boundaries, try repeating this.

⚡️⚡️ Shedding the Past -
⚡️⚡️ Karmic Shift Timeline Healing⚡️⚡️

As we move toward the end of this 9-year cycle, a lot of us are feeling the pull, the urge to drop the old stories, stop repeating the same emotional loops, and finally step into the version of ourselves that’s waiting on the other side.

🐍 This evening is all about that shift. As we start to feel the energy from the year of the horse, galloping up into our future view, we shed what no longer serves us from this year of the snake.

🌌 Meditation
We’ll begin with a meditation to help you tune into what you’re shedding, what your letting go of. The karmic pattern from the last 9yrs that doesn’t belong to the person you’re becoming.

⏳️ Group Healing
We will then send healing back to yourself for the last 9yrs (as time is a human construct 😉), and thank the situation for the lessons learnt.

🕯Karmic Bonds Ritual
Where you’ll look at what (or who) your energy has been tied to, and decide what no longer serves you, before this cycle completes. In clarity and power, always for your highest good!

This will be a personal energetic symbol infused with the vibration you want to embody for the Year of the Horse.
Freedom. Momentum. Courage. Self-trust.
