Innovative Therapeutic Massage Fascia and Lymphatic Specialist I work as a Massage Therapist in Kindersley, Saskatchewan.

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005, graduating from Medicine Hat College with honours. I obtained my diploma in 2008 and continued on to graduate with honours as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2009. I am a registered member with the Massage Association of Saskatchewan and I have continued educational training in Bowen Therapy, Advanced Myofascial Release and ART training (Active

Release Therapy), and Concussion Training from the Fascia Institute. With this specialized training, I can examine, assess, and evaluate the movement and function of soft tissues and joints of the body and provide planned treatment for the relief and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain. Applying soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilization techniques maximizes the effectiveness of the treatment for therapeutic, rehabilitative and preventative care. Working collaboratively with the other health care professionals, such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, physicians and naturopaths, I help contribute to the overall health and well-being of the client
