We are awakening and feeling the excitement of beginnings, new life ,and new ways as we immerse ourselves in the Spring energy and the celebration of Christ consciousness = an expanded consciousness of Love for all.
Join me and the cool cats at The Salty Dawg! We will paint a Spring scene which represents, abundance, newness, joy and sweetness in every aspect of life as we ask ourselves, “What abundance am I welcoming into my life this Spring season?” Contemplate this question while we paint in community and enjoy a drink and/or pizza from the kitchen at The Salty Dawg.

Today is a sacred day that we have been taught to overlook—the Equinox - one of the two days where the entire earth experiences an equal balance of light and dark.
It’s a time of birthing the new, expansion of light, and creation.
Today truly feels like the start of a new year!
What are you birthing and creating on this auspicious day of pure balance so it may ripple into your year?

May you revel in this idea that the entire planet is in beautiful balance today and may you tune in, explore, and get curious about what balance really means for you. Begin anew. Enjoy a Sound Journey Meditation as we welcome in the sacred arrival of the Spring Equinox - a time of perfect balance and harmony on the Earth -when light and darkness share the sky equally across the entire planet. For centuries, cultures around the world have honored this day as a portal of renewal, a time to awaken from winter’s stillness and welcome the returning light.

Let’s gather in this powerful seasonal threshold.

During the evening, we begin with a 20-minute bilateral drawing experience — a gentle, meditative practice using both hands that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation as it brings balance to both the right and left brain hemisphers, and allows for more creative flow. Next, through a deeply restorative sound journey meditation, you will be guided into a cocoon of soothing vibrations from the crystal bowls, and chimes, designed to calm the nervous system, let go of stagnant energy, and open space for new intentions to take root.

Together we pause,, breathe, and listen to the quiet wisdom within and align with the rhythm of the Earth awakening around us.

The is my ‘part time sanctuary’. I love it here so much! There is still so much to do to bring it to perfection, but I ask myself “is perfection what I really want?” The answer is NO. I desire, alignment, ease, flow, love, play, fun, presence, connection to nature and to those I love. Nothing here has been planned. This hike is being manifested through flow. The rooms have come together with such ease and effortlessness, and that is why I trust that I am exactly where I need to be right now. This place truly feels abundant—-like a space to commune— with nature—the lush trees, plants and constant wildlife—It is RICH here. When I think of the words ‘rich, ‘prosperous’, or ‘abundant’- I think of the things that bring me joy and none of it is monetary related. As I write this email, a Muscovy duck walks by me, two more swim by, and a tiny lizard stares at me while my feet earth against the giant oak tree by the water. This photo is the oak tree by our little sanctuary on the Imperial River that immediately uplifts and nourishes every cell within me with the touch of it. It’s an incredibly beautiful energy that I recieve from this oh so mighty tree. This to me is RICH and ABUNDANT. :) Feeling so much gratitude for finding this magic. ✨✨✨
