Hey there! I thought for this new year I'd take some time to introduce myself.

I'm Angie, and I've come to embrace that I'm a woman with many special roles.

As a new mom, I completed my master's degree in counselling online with Yorkville University. Since graduating in 2021, I've worked as a psychotherapist in Kingston ON with Natural Route Health. In addition, I've volunteered as a crisis responder with Kids Help Phone since Spring 2020.

During my spare time, I've done a lot of writing about personal stories and struggles, which I recently developed into my self-help memoir, Fostering Resilience: Anecdotes and Affirmations from a Therapist and Fellow Human.
