Feeling stressed during your transition through menopause?

QUOPL and Queen's University is conducting a study for women aged 40-60 who are in early menopause and suffering with General Anxiety Disorder.

Participants will take part in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional well-being.

Participants will also receive a $25 gift card upon completion of the study.

If you’ve reduced or stopped alcohol use, this study may be for you. This study will investigate the effects of online relapse prevention therapy at reducing alcohol consumption and the risk of relapse.
