Feeling stressed during your transition through menopause?

QUOPL and Queen's University is conducting a study for women aged 40-60 who are in early menopause and suffering with General Anxiety Disorder.

Participants will take part in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional well-being.

Participants will also receive a $25 gift card upon completion of the study.

We are still seeking participants in Ontario who are experiencing early menopause and generalized anxiety to join our e-CBT program. This 9-week study will incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and provide personalized online psychotherapy with weekly feedback from a trained care provider.
