Due to forecasted weather conditions the Kingston Family Health Centre will be closed Monday, January 26. Staff will be reaching out to reschedule or change booked appointments to a phone appointment.

Please Note:
Kingston Family Health Center is GROWING! We are currently under renovations and there will be a period of minor disruption as we transition and connect the new space with the existing space. If you have an appointment at our clinic between August 11 and August 22 please watch for signs directing you to our temporary entrance which will be down the side alley and around the back of the building. If you have mobility concerns please let us know as we may be able to change your appointment date or switch you to a phone visit during this time.
We do ask for your patience with us as we do our best to stay open and accessible during this time of transition
