Now that I have settled in we have confirmed my new schedule as follows:

Mon: 8-2
Tues: 8-11:30
Wed: 8-2
Thurs: 2:30-8:30

Every other Sunday: 10-3

If you already have an appointment booked outside of these times, don't worry it will remain the same.

My dear valued clients, I am pleased to be able to offer a variety of appointment days and times (including Sundays!) at my new practice space: Integro Massage & Wellness

As Regulated Healthcare Providers we are permitted to operate during lockdown with strict safety protocol in place. You will be asked to complete a COVID19 screening prior to your appointment, and will be required to sanitize your hands upon entry and wear a mask for the duration of your time in our office. This is on top of our regular disinfecting protocol. We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to keep our community safe.
