Hi Friends of Meadowbrook yoga, although we don't have classes on the go at present I wanted to let you know I'll be teaching a yummy restorative class studio 330 on Wed @10 am .

Dear friends, i am offering a zoom rest and restore class on Wednesday night at 7pm. I have teamed up with twisted soul yoga with 3 other independant yoga teachers , we are offering classes at $5.00 per class during this time of pandemic. We will use props bolsters pillows to invite peace, calm and rest into our day our week. To register please email twisted_soul_yoga@hotmail.com .🙏

We are offering Tues and Thursday evening classes again, starting at 7 pm to 815pm, 75 min classes, running for 6 weeks from Tuesday Feb 18th to Thursday March 26th, 2020.
Tuesday will continue as a gentle class peaceful and calming, thursday will continue as a rest and restore class.
Cost: 6 classes for 75.00 or all 12 for 135.00, drop in's for 15.00 per class. ,We take etransfer or cash .

Please note if you are opting for the 6 classes so once a week you can attend either class, or if you miss one week you can make it up.
