Dinner tonight was SO delicious.

Meatloaf with Jalapeno Corn Bread muffins and salad 😋.

I made the cornbread in the muffin makers. I used our larger Prep Pro Scoop and it made 12 muffins! I topped half of them with Better than Bacon 🙌

I made the meatloaf in the mini loaf pans. So cute and cooked in half the time 👌

4/4 loved this one!

Ooey Gooey Queso as a pasta sauce ?!

We did it and oh my goodness it was DELICIOUS!

We love Queso over here. Simon likes it as is.. and I like to mix some salsa in 😋

Sheet pan dinners are the best!! 🤩

Especially with the sheet pan liners. No sticking and you can pop them in the dishwasher 👌

I used the rest of my Rotisserie Chicken packet on half the chicken and Lemon Pepper on the rest. SOO good!!

I sprinkled olive oil, Red Garlic Topper, and Everything Bagel Topper on the veggies. Tons of flavour and fiber with NO sodium 🙌🙌

We had Shepherd's Pie for dinner tonight!😋

SO fast and easy! I steamed cauliflower in my Multipurpose Steamer with Nacho Cheese seasoning. Then you just cook up your beef with the seasoning and your veggies. I topped it with Garlic & Onion nutritional yeast topper.

Delicious!

Sloppy Joe's for dinner tonight!🍔

Perfect week night dinner🙌. Fast, easy, minimal ingredients, no prep, and SUPER delicious! Definitely kid friendly too😋

My kids wanted theirs deconstructed with crushed taco shells on top.

I also love how much better these are for you! We used to use Manwich and I can't believe how much sodium there is 🤯

Today we made mini banana breads using the Sweet Banana Bread & Muffins mix.🍌🍞

Not only is it gluten free but all Epicure products are nut free so I know they will be safe for kids to take in their lunch 🙌

The Perfect Petite Pan is perfect for making kids snacks. It is sold out right now but will be back soon. I have a list of people waiting for one.

Our silicone cookware is absolutely amazing. Just brush with oil and nothing sticks. Every single one of the banana breads popped out perfectly.

Easy Peasy Taco🌮🌮🌮

This is seriously a must have pantry staple. It is perfect when you don't know what you make for dinner, or you forgot to take meat out! You hydrate the package in 2 cups of hot water and heat... that's it!!

This is great for students as well that have limited time and space for cooking.

Easy Peasy Taco is made from pea protein so it is vegan.

Quick, easy, and super delicious. Even Simon the meat lover (🤣🤣🤣) loves this!

We made the Shortbread cookies yesterday!

I did one row sprinkled with Summer Berry, one with Cocoa Crunch, and one just plain.

These were so easy to make! Just add butter and water to the packet 🙌.

Got the stamp of approval from the whole fam. They seriously melt in your mouth!!

Highly recommend 👌👌

We started our Monday morning with waffles!🧇🧇🧇

The kids LOVE our Whole Food Toppers. They call them sprinkles 👌. Tutti Fruity and Cocoa Crunch are delicious and nutritious. They add flavour, antioxidants, Omega 3's, and Fiber 🙌
