Core + Floor ~ A Pilates mat class done entirely on the floor. Core-focused yet full-body, with precision at the center.

Full Body Burn ~ A mat Pilates workout with standing and floor sequences to fatigue every major muscle group.

Pulse + Power ~ A low-impact Pilates class set to music—one movement per track for deep strength and endurance.
