About Dr. Bonnie T. Seidman and Onward Psychology and Neurofeedback

At Onward Psychology and Neurofeedback, Dr. Seidman strives to help adults cope with and manage mental health issues and move toward an improved quality of life. She aspires to help clients access and reconnect with their strengths as a way to work through and resolve their difficulties. While in therapy, clients can improve their coping and stress management skills and have more control over their thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

Dr. Seidman uses evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with adjuncts to psychotherapy when deemed appropriate. Adjuncts to psychotherapy may include training in mindfulness, meditation, neurofeedback brain training and mindful yoga.
