Remember. Fear destroys hope. Without a vision (hope) people will perish. Sitting quietly in the presence of the Creator strengthens our resolve and hope rises up. Start with 10 Minutes in the morning before you begin your day. It could possibly release the fear within and replace that nagging sense of fear with hope. Try it.

The Christian Bible tells a story of Jesus getting up early in the morning ,before most people were awake. He sought out a private, quiet space to simply sit and commune with the Divine. I suggest we do the same.

Sitting quietly as a daily practice requires "practice". I too find slowing down is difficult to do. Sitting with my thoughts and trying to quiet my soul takes effort. I might compare the experience to yoga. If I haven't stretched for awhile, yoga can be painful and unpleasant. The more I make yoga part of my daily routine, the faster I reach a break thru point -where I become alittle more flexible and I then look forward to stretching without pain. Same with sitting quiet ....it's a discipline that requires intention, routine and discipline. The break thru is a sense of peace, purpose and a boosted confidence in being optimistic ......

There is a power greater than you or I. The Divine Presence is real. Having a conscious relationship with this power makes all the difference in the quality of our daily life as well as our relationship with family, friends and ourselves. I suggest you put everything aside. Find a quiet spot to simply sit in the presence of our Creator. No requests, suggestions , opinions or complaints. Simply sit quietly by yourself and listen. This will change your life if you discipline yourself to do it every day. 5 minutes. Try it. Be still and know that I am God.

Recently a client's elderly Grama passed away. I never had the privilege of meeting this woman's Grama on the earthly realm . Shortly after passing, her Grama came to me in a dream. She showed up in a pure black space and I could see she was clothed in bubble wrap (symbolic for protecting ourselves ) I could sense she was afraid to pass over and she was literally desperate to get back to earth. She was stuck. She was afraid of the unknown. In the dream, I took her hand and gently encouraged her to step towards the light and hold out her hand. As she did so the Angels surrounding her , became visible and the darkness faded and became light. Her son from the other side reached his hand out towards her and welcomed her to join him in the light. All I could see was his right hand and arm up to his elbow. Yet I knew it was him. She was shaking as she hesitantly stepped forward, full of fear and trepidation, but recognizing her son's voice gave her the courage to step forward. They disappeared into the light together. I then pulled away and came back down to earth. These dreams fill me with wonder and awe of the vast amount of life we are not aware of. 🎶 I am filled with love for a woman who lived most of her worldly life in fear and pain only to be greeted with love, Compassion and forgiveness as she transitioned to the next realm.

Time is so precious. Be sure to take the time to say thank you, forgive others where possible and be easy on yourself. We all make mistakes. There is a song from my childhood that goes like this. "Everyone makes mistakes oh yes they do, your mother and your father, and your brother, sister too. Big ones , small ones ,matter of fact all ones. Everyone makes mistakes oh yes they do.
