Gorgeena Valentina is the definition of big things come in small packages. She may be itsy bitsy - standing at a strong 1.2" - but her fierceness is ferocious! This May the pond is HER runway. Keep your eyes peeled to see her rhinestone sparkle shimmer in the water as she struts us through spring and into summer!

Epsom salts are a great recovery tool for both activity and post treatment.

At KATC you often hear our therapists recommending Epsom salt baths after a treatment to help rid the body of toxins, increase circulation and help with lymph drainage. So you can now find them on the KATC product table and we have added a KATC duck to the jar!

These mason jars are filled with 3 cups of epsom salts, which is the recommended quantity for a post-treatment bath. You can then bring the jar back with you to your next treatment for a refill.

Directions for use:
Add all three cups (entire jar) of Epsom salts to a steaming hot bath (as hot as you can handle).
Soak for minimum 20 min. Don't forget to drink lots of water while in the tub to help hydrate you! Epsom salts will rid your body of toxins but it will also dehydrate you, so make sure to replenish your water stores!
