Wow… my heart is so full today 💖✨

I honestly don’t even have the words to describe how incredible the expo was. From the amazing vendors, to every single person who came out to support, connect, and share energy—you made today so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me for the Pendulum Basics mini workshop downstairs. The turnout, the openness, the curiosity… it meant more to me than I can even express. Watching you all connect, learn, and trust yourselves was truly magical.

I am beyond grateful, a little overwhelmed (in the best way), and so inspired by this beautiful community we’re building together.

Thank you for showing up, for supporting, and for being part of this journey with me 💫

I turned my morning thoughts into some poetry 💜🪄

To be tested and tried and still stay true
to be judged and blasted and still be you
To be hurt and neglected and still choose to love
To be sad and conflicted but still trust in above
To be down and depleted and still pick up the pieces
To be lost and alone but still carry on
These are the things we feel all the time
We must have trust in the Devine
We stumbled and staggered are lines are not straight
The road can be messy
The bold will turn faint
Lessons we learn
Truth to be told
Life is journey, we choose to unfold
Follow your heart
Strength and pride
Known that one day
We will return home to reside
With hearts so full
Pain all gone
One thing we realize
Is that we were never alone
Hold on to faith be great full plenty
Count your blessings
For there will be many
