Consumers should contact 4moms to have a free strap fastener sent to them. Additionally, consumers with crawling infants should place the products where children cannot access them when not in use.

Today, October 15 is Pregnancy and Infant loss Remembrance Day.
Today we remember those loss through miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic, SIDS and many other causes .
1 in 4 woman experience loss, you are NOT ALONE. Same their name, remember them.

Tonight at 7pm local time light a candle in memory of those lost, and their families.

Did you know 10-15% of mothers experience Post-partum depression or anxiety.

We all know our mental health is important and that we should all make it one of our main priorities. There are small things that those in our village can offer to help brighten our days.

Hi Everyone!
Welcome to Wild Flower Doula, My name is Tamara. I've been married to my husband for 6 years, together for 11 and together we have two beautiful girls.
I live in Kingston, Ontario and love raising my family here. We live here alone with family three hours away. The saying it takes a village is true, I am still working to build mine. Over the last year I have grown a lot including my passion for helping others to build their village.
I and working to become certified as a postpartum and fertility doula. These two stages of life can some times be the hardest but is also never talked about. Postpartum and fertility needs to be normalized and together build another village.
