2️⃣ Keep moving — even a 10-minute walk helps boost circulation and reduce stiffness.
3️⃣ Hydrate! Dry air = dehydrated joints and muscles.

Romina is officially a Registered Physiotherapist Resident!

With over nine years of experience helping people of all ages — from infants to older adults — move, feel, and live better, Romina takes a holistic and person-centred approach to care.

Originally from Chile, she holds multiple degrees in Physiotherapy, Pediatric Neurodevelopment, and Chiropractic, and recently completed her Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma at St. Lawrence College.

Romina is passionate about helping others recover confidence through movement and she provides care in both English and Spanish!
