The beauty about the Spinning®️ Program is finding balance and learning what it means to slow down to become stronger. There’s no pressure here, we’re not in a rush. Strength comes from building a solid foundation first. Get comfortable in the saddle, slow down heart rate & breath, perfect pedal stroke and create muscle balance so when we move into strength the body is ready!
