What is a Race Day ride? 20-30 min of hard effort ~ 80% - Max Effort. Race Day is how we measure progress especially at the end of the year. These members have trained, worked hard on technique, learning to ride relaxed, learning how to breathe deeply when they work hard. I’m so impressed with how well they ride! One more Race Day ride for the year…on Wednesday December 3 both at 9AM & 5:30PM. Then we’ve got 8 weeks of aerobic base training 🚲💪🏾🎉 Why just work out? Let’s train to get stronger safely!
