✨ Sound Bath with Miriam ✨
Friday, March 20th | 7pm | Downtown Location

Join us for an evening of sound, breath, and restorative presence. Sound Baths help calm the nervous system, release tension, support emotional balance, and guide you into a deep state of relaxation and clarity.

“What an absolutely incredible experience. I have never gone this deep before… When you started singing, I could hear other voices in the singing bowls. Sounded like a choir… It was beautiful, like being beckoned home. I’d love to come back as often as I’m able to attend.”

Arm Balances From the Ground Up
with Roland Jensch + Liz Huntly / Jensch
Saturday, February 28 | 1-3PM

Roland Jensch
Roland has over two decades of profound yoga experience. His genuine, lifelong passion for movement and meditation has lead him to travel far and wide to train with some of the world’s most renowned teachers in the east and west. He has taught worldwide at festivals and conferences, and in teacher trainings. His classes are thoughtfully constructed and often challenging, yet always delivered in a clear, comprehensible manner. His instruction is grounded in detailed anatomical knowledge, biomechanics and philosophical concepts, balancing traditional aspects with contemporary movement concepts, and often includes a good dose of humour.

Liz Huntly
Liz (she/her) has travelled worldwide leading workshops and retreats, and guest teaching at festivals, conferences and in teacher trainings. Rooted in her own intense practice, her teaching offers a unique blend of detailed anatomy and alignment instruction with storytelling, philosophy, meditation and mindfulness, marrying modern and traditional approaches to yoga. When not on the mat, you’ll find her cooking up sweet treats at her Sydenham bakery Grains & Goods, or serving up delicious coffee at the Grains & Goods coffee bar located at the westend studio.

✨Candlelight Sound Bath ✨
Saturday, February 28th | 4pm | Studio 330 West End

We have space for you! Join us for a hibernation-themed Sound Bath, under the soft glow of candlelight. All you have to do is show up, and your own body’s intelligence will support you in healing and releasing 🫶🏼

Your presence allows for habitual tension to soften, for your limbic system (the emotional centre of the brain) to settle, and for your nervous system to come into a state of calm. The limbic system plays an important role in how we process emotion, stress, memory, and connection, and when it feels supported, we can experience more ease and emotional regulation, resting in the here and now.

Space is limited so that everyone has space to create a cozy cocoon - grab your spot via the link studio330.punchpass.com/classes/19362162 🤍

PROP TALK

Blankets are one of the most versatile and underrated yoga props, offering soft, adaptable support that can be folded for lift, rolled for cushioning, or draped for warmth and grounding. They help protect sensitive joints and make poses more accessible in seated, kneeling, and restorative postures. Beyond the physical benefits, blankets create a sense of comfort and safety that encourages relaxation, steadier breathing, and a more mindful, supportive yoga practice overall.

They’re also incredibly approachable with no special equipment or advanced knowledge required. Using a blanket invites you to listen to your body, modify without judgment, and prioritize ease over strain, reminding us that yoga is about care, awareness, and sustainability, not pushing through discomfort.
