Whipped Fitness

Whipped Fitness transformation program. Email: warren.shelly@rocketmail.com Classes run from 530am til 630pm daily with 9 groups times available.

Whipped is a five days a week fitness class for anyone at any fitness level, whether your goal be weight loss or just to stay active. Interval training with four ten minute circuits changing everyday to compliment a full body and core program. Members are given before and after photos and weighed and measured if they would like through program to help keep track of their progress and goals. All members are asked to sign a waiver form and to complete a health history survey at the time of enrollment. Member fees are due by the first workout date. All members are asked to bring a yoga mat with them to every workout along with WATER.

If you have ever looked at whipped or heard about it and wondered if u could do it, I want you to know.
I modify and change things up depending on ability and need. It’s not about u fitting in it’s about it matching u and having a strong great day!
9am and 4pm are still quiet.
If you were looking for a way in or back that’s it.
