Dr. Nazareth met with our MPP, , to discuss the growing pressure on Ontario’s eye-care system, and how optometrists are a solution to reduce ER and ophthalmology wait times. But to do this, we need a sustainable model to offer emergency eye care. Modernizing eye care funding by OHIP would mean faster treatment, less strain on emergency rooms, and better outcomes for patients. Your optometrist is your trusted primary eye care provider! Our work family is growing! 👶

Dr. Runté is due to start her maternity leave in a week as she expects her first child. We all got together to celebrate last month with a baby shower at . We also do a baby pool every time someone is expecting - we had the most humorous predictions this time! 🥪 📏
