You simply lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and let the waves of sound wash over you — guiding you into a meditative, healing state.

Benefits of This 60-Minute Session

A note from Julie…

Dear Kingston,

I'm a registered massage therapist who's been practicing since 2013.

The first thing I hear when meeting someone for the first time is "you have a very calming presence". While this means I'll never be the life of the party, it makes me the perfect place to start for people who are new to massage. I'm here to listen, and together we'll figure out how to ease your pain and discomfort. My approach is not aggressive, and when deep tissue work is needed, I get it done without hard pressure. For people whose previous experiences with massage might have been "ouch!", I am the therapist for you.

This year I am training to work with clients who've had mastectomies, lumpectomies, GAS, and other breast tissue related procedures and reconstructions. I have personal experience in this area and want to pay forward all the excellent help I've received. I'm looking forward to working with you or the person you know who's been through it, is going through it, or is on the doorstep, about to take that first step in. I'll walk with you every step of the way.
