Our free Self-Health Care Check-In sessions have always been about real conversations — what’s hard, what’s helping, and what tools people actually need.
We’ve been listening, and we’re hearing a clear theme:
👉 more mental fitness + resilience tools.
So we’re taking a short hiatus for February and March, and we’ll be back in April with something stronger and more practical.
