Tonight, Thursday! Do You Believe in Love?
Buddhist Meditation Class @ The Spire:
Thurs Nov 27th, 7-8:15pm

Our mind has a lot of potential to grow in love and compassion. However, sometimes it feels like the opposite is true. On bad days, our heart can feel small or closed off to others, even though we don’t want it to be this way.

In these classes, you will receive mind-expanding advice from Buddha and get first-hand experience on how to practice love, and gain genuine confidence in its healing power. Love will improve any relationship we are in including friends, strangers, and even people we find to be difficult. With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!
