Led by mental health specialists, we facilitate certification courses & workshops to empower & inform workplaces & community members to learn the skills & tools needed to come together to become high functioning teams & connected people. We believe that mental wellbeing can be supported and stigma can be cured. We also believe that mental health is as important as physical health, where the brain

and body impact each other. At LCMH, we bring like-minded, qualified and caring mental health and organizational professionals and specialists together to collaborate and assist individuals, groups and organizations to increase mental health literacy, and to create supportive, informed and effective environments. We offer educational sessions, presentations and consulting services in the areas of Psychological Safety in the Workplace and Post-Secondary institutions, and in Mental Health. We facilitate virtual certification courses in Mental Health and Trauma-Informed practice for the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Workplace Safety & Prevention Services & the Community Resilience Initiative. We aim to empower people with the skills and strategies to feel effective, resilient and confident to help themselves and others. We also help organizations establish high functioning teams to improve morale, productivity and profitability, through the development and strengthening of Psychological Safety in the Workplace and in Post-Secondary institutions. It was our pleasure to address the all staff and leadership event with the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. We know that use of social media by youth is nearly universal. Despite this widespread use, robust research is lacking to help fully understand the impact of social media on children and adolescents. Is it safe or harmful to their mental health? Does it have an impact on substance use? I hope you will join us to discuss the complex relationship between technology, mental health and substances. I am looking forward to being panelist. A few seats are left & it’s free to attend with thanks to generous sponsorship.
