VON Greater Kingston is hiring Home Helpers!

A Home Helper provides support to seniors and adults with disabilities living in Kingston with tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and grocery shopping.

Positions available in Permanent Part-time and Full-time hours, as well as Casual staff.

Are you looking for flexible work hours? Maybe you:
● Have children in school and want to work only during school hours?
●Only want to work casually, and pick up hours when we have a book-off or for vacation time?
●Do you have another job that you want to work around? We can book around your existing work hours or fill split shift gaps.
Bus drivers- We can schedule you between your morning and afternoon bus routes, as well as book you on a PA Day or during school holidays.
Hospital staff- We can work around your hospital workdays and monkey shift hours!
School board staff- Are you a casual Teacher/EA/ECE? You can pick up hours with VON around your school shifts.
The VON Home Help program is open between 8:00am-8:00pm. You can provide your availability within those hours of operation, and we will book clients within it.
