This space has been more than just a business—it’s been a home, a sanctuary, and a place of healing for so many. From the very beginning, our mission was simple: to create an environment where people could find comfort, growth, and peace. The fact that so many of you have felt that means the world.

What most don’t see are the countless challenges behind the scenes—the tough decisions, the sacrifices, and the weight of keeping a dream alive. But through it all, I carried this space with pride, not for myself, but for you—the community that made Immerse what it is.

To every person who walked through our doors, whether for a float, a class, a session, or simply a moment of stillness—you made this place special. Your energy, trust, and support created something far bigger than I ever imagined.

Though this chapter closes, the impact will never fade. I am beyond grateful for these 9 years, for the friendships, the lessons, and the love we’ve shared. And while Immerse may be saying goodbye, I hope you carry a piece of it with you always.

A Legacy of Leading by Example

From day one, my goal was to push the boundaries of health and wellness in Kingston, always staying ahead of the curve. Together, we:

✅️Introduced Kingston to float therapy in 2016.
✅️Pioneered CBD education and supply, launching innovative products like Sensa Stone to enhance magnesium and CBD absorption.
✅️Hosted Kingston’s first Wim Hof workshop, Goat Yoga, and countless other community events.
✅️Set the standard for cold water therapy, training over 1,000 people in breathwork and resilience.
✅️Invented Canada’s first salt-infused cold water tub, constantly pioneering and innovating new ways to push the boundaries of recovery and performance.
✅️Countless donations for local initiatives and charities

I've always believed in seeking applause for a task completed, not attention for a task acquired. As I close this chapter, I leave knowing we’ve built something truly special together.
