No-Show/Late arrival Policy
Due to an increased in no-show appointments, we have had to update our policy as follows;
Should you need to cancel or rescheduled an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible. While we do prefer 24-hour notice, a minimum of 3 hours will be required. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment
Effective June 1, 2022
• Established patients who fail to show, or cancels/reschedules an appointment without adequate notice will be considered a ‘no-show’
• Late arrivals may be required to reschedule their appointment or have their appointment time limited to the amount of time remaining in their original appointment slot. (If you are 5 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment, your appointment will be the remaining 10 minutes). Arriving halfway through your appointment will also be consider a ‘no-show’
• Any established patient who fails to show, or cancels/reschedules an appointment without adequate notice a second time will be charged the full price for the missed appointment. Fees will be collected at the next appointment, prior to being seen.
• Any established patient who fails to show, or cancels/reschedules an appointment without adequate notice a third time, will be discharged from the office.
• Any new patient who fails to show for their initial visit will not be rescheduled.
We are aware that extenuating circumstances may cause a missed appointment which will be taken under consideration before being classified as a no-show appointment.
Cancellations can be made over the phone, voicemail, facebook, or email.
