We get a lot of our clients from our current clients and we couldn’t be more proud every time a new client finds us because someone had a great experience! We also LOVEEEE when our clients keep themselves in a great self care routine and book their appointments ahead of time, both to make sure they secure the most convenient time slot, but also so that we don’t have to rely on our memory to rebook once we get out of the office and have a to-do list the size of texas! We had SO much fun as the characters from Inside Out! Surprisingly so many people hadn’t seen the movies so PLEASE do yourself a favour and go watch them because they are adorable! And I also just want to say thank you to my team who committed to the bit even when I sprung a theme on them kind of last minute. .rmt you guys are the best !

Massage Therapy is one of those treatments that you can NEVER go wrong with! In the last 5 years it has morphed into something that was once seen as a luxury to something that is being used as a regular self-care tool that is so extremely valuable. Happy birthday to us! Thank you so much for the support, friendships, milestones, laughs and tears that everyone has shared with me/us in the last 2 years. We're just getting started!

And happy birthday to Chiropractic, on this day 130 years ago the first chiropractic adjustment was performed and the first patient, Harvey Lillard, who had previously gone deaf in one ear, had his hearing restored! We are known for back pain, but chiropractic is so much more!
