What do Yoga & Stoicism have in common?! 🧘♀️🛡️
At first glance, they look like two totally different worlds — one on the mat, one in ancient philosophy books (or via modern writers and teachers like Ryan Holiday.)
But when you look closer… they’re speaking the same language of presence, discipline, and inner steadiness.
Both Yoga and Stoicism teach us how to:
✨ Pause before reacting
✨ Observe our mind without getting swept away
✨ Strengthen self-awareness
✨ Build resilience in the face of stress
✨ Live with intention, not impulse
✨ Return to what we can control (our breath, our thoughts, our actions)
Yoga - the body, breath & mindfulness.
Stoicism - reflection and reason.
Both guide us back to the calm, grounded version of ourselves.
