With society's standards of beauty, we can sometimes start to hate our bodies.

We may have curves we don't want, we have aches, pains, and joints cracking. There could be an injury, chronic pain, or maybe you are losing control of your body in different ways. There are so many reasons to put our bodies down.

Your body has brought you through so many life experiences. Your body allows you to feel and love. Your body is precious. There is no such thing as a "perfect" body. All humans are unique and beautiful.

Take a moment to give gratitude to your body. Thank it for bringing you here today. Send love to parts of your body that are in pain. Take time to rest so your body gets a break.

Do you like sunrises? Maybe you like sunsets?

Personally, I love to see the sunset. This photo was taken in Florida where there are some really pretty sunsets.

When watching the sunrise or sunset, it can be a lovely time to meditate.

Watching the sun during these times can be a wonderful way to focus on something outside of the thoughts in your mind.

You can focus on your breath and slow down.

During sunrise, you can think of what you are grateful for, and focus on positivity for the day ahead.

During sunset, you can feel your mind get quiet and feel the chaos of the day melt away.

Let's talk embodiment! To me, embodiment means practicing what I teach.

When I am supporting others, I like to remind people to slow down and spend time with themselves.

This can allow them to:
- Embrace and feel their feelings
- Speak to their inner child
- Fill their mind with positive affirmations
- Meditate
- Do breathwork

Since I am teaching this to others, I embody this and practice it myself.

Even though life can get stressful, I calm my stress, process my feelings, and strive to not project my feelings onto others. Meditation, energy healing, and breathwork are tools I use to help.

Take some time today to slow down. Do something special for you today.
