First of all, welcome to your glow era. But what you do after your appointment matters just as much as the treatment itself.

Here’s how to care for your results:
• Hands off: avoid touching or massaging the area unless advised
• Skip workouts for 24 hours: let everything settle properly
• Avoid heat: No saunas, hot tubs, or intense sun exposure for a couple of days
• Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate: your skin will thank you
• Expect a little swelling or bruising: totally normal and temporary

Pro tip: Plan your appointments at least 4 weeks before any big events for best results

Tired of the rat race of the GTA and looking for a better quality of life with their family, husband and wife plastic surgeons Dr. Jim Cooper and Dr. Alexandra Cooper have returned to their roots in Kingston, Ontario.

They set out to build a clinic they could be proud of, combining their plastic surgery expertise with the newest and most cutting edge physician grade lasers and skincare, in a beautiful modern space.
