Practicing since 2008, Mary has worked in clinical and multidisciplinary settings, supporting clients with headaches, TMJ dysfunction, scar tissue, postural strain, and repetitive injuries. Drawing from her background in competitive sport and workplace health and safety, she blends trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and mobility-focused techniques to address the body’s everyday demands. Mary works collaboratively with each client, providing thoughtful treatment and practical guidance to restore balance, improve movement, and support overall well-being.

Naturopathic Medicine with Dr. Holly WhiteKnight 🌿

Naturopathic medicine is a comprehensive approach to healthcare that focuses on treating the whole person—mind and body in a non-invasive way. By combining modern medical science with traditional natural therapies, Dr. WhiteKnight works to identify and address the root cause of illness, not just the symptoms. Naturopaths help to prevent acute and chronic illness in addition to reducing reliance upon prescription medications (which all have many potential side effects). Naturopathic treatments may include clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, and natural supplements, all tailored to support the body’s innate ability to heal and maintain long-term wellness. Dr. WhiteKnight has access to most lab tests from Life Labs as well as many private labs. Most extended health plans cover a portion of naturopathic medicine.

Chantal has a clinical approach to treatment and specializes in injury treatment and rehabilitation. She works with athletes of all levels and every day people wanting to live pain free. Her approach is full-body and results-driven, focusing on identifying the root cause of pain rather than just treating symptoms. Chantal prioritizes educating clients about what’s happening in their bodies so they feel informed, empowered, and confident in their recovery. Her goal is to help clients move better, recover faster, and live a pain-free, active life.

Deep Rooted Massage has been practicing since July 2014 under the name of ForeverYoung Massage and decided to re-brand in 2018 due to growth. Morgan Warren Owner/RMT along with Allyssa Lepine RMT, Shannan Kerr RMT, Chantal Gignac RMT, Elena Hurley RMT and Jerika Poole RMT are the faces behind Deep Rooted Massage.
