I like to keep my routine simple and consistent. My skin is not always perfect. I get blemishes, puffiness, dark circles + more, but being consistent with my routine has made the world of a difference. I currently am using Alumier MD products and my day routine consists of:

1. Cleansing - Purifying Gel Cleanser
2. Serums - Everactive C&E + Peptide
3. Eye Product - AluminEye
4. Moisturize - HydraDew
5. Protect - Sheer Hydration Broad Spectrum SPF 40 (untinted)

Additional steps can be added based on your particular skin care needs. Maintaining Healthy skin doesn’t need to be complicated — it needs consistency.

Other treatments that I am consistent with include routine neuromodulator touch ups every 3-4 months to help with fine lines, and regular microneedling sessions to help maintain collagen production as well as help with skin quality. I also do use a retinol as part of my night time routine.

Hello! With the new year I thought I would reintroduce myself. My name is Sarah DeDousa, and I am the Owner & Nurse Practitioner at Belle Aesthetics – Medical Aesthetics & Primary Care.

I have been a Registered Nurse since 2012. I worked at KHSC for nearly a decade, on Labour and Delivery. I then graduated as a Nurse Practitioner in 2021 from The University of Ottawa. That same year, I founded Belle Aesthetics, which combines my passion for primary care and advanced aesthetic care.
