We are honoured to welcome Charok Lama to the Ananda Buddhist Centre in Rockhampton for a special weekend of teachings this March. Don't miss this rare opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Dharma and learn practical ways to apply it in everyday life.

🟡 Friday 21st March | 7:00 PM – How to Practice the Dharma in Our Everyday Life (FREE for all)
🟡 Saturday 22nd March | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Correcting the Afflicted Mind
🟡 Sunday 23rd March | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Emptiness: Developing and Practising This in Alignment with the Four Noble Truths
💰 Cost:
Friday: Free
Saturday & Sunday: $150 for both days ($75 per day) – includes shared lunch, morning, and afternoon tea.
Single-day attendance available, but full participation is encouraged.

About Your Teacher – Charok Lama
Born in the Solu Khumbu region of Nepal in 1992, Charok Lama (Charok Sherpa) was recognised at the age of two as the reincarnation of Kusho Mangde, a highly regarded Nyingma yogi. He is known for his deep wisdom, compassion, and practical teachings on mindfulness, ego, and spiritual clarity. Concerned about the world’s growing sense of disconnection, Charok Lama offers profound yet accessible insights to help us cultivate inner peace and purpose in our daily lives.
