Hello hello!

As some of you know, I have been dealing with a poor gallbladder, and I am now scheduled for a removal surgery on July 9th. I will be out of clinic from July 9th and I hope to be returning on July 22nd. If you are booked around that time, please try to reschedule or reach out to me and we can work together to reschedule. I will also be adding in some Mondays/fridays this month to make up the time that I will be off on recovery. Keep checking the schedule if you’d like to secure one of those time slots!

Everybody getting through January okay? For me it always seems like this month has 365 days on its own. Many people (like myself) report feeling “low” and depleted in January, which is why it’s so necessary to take care of yourself. Self care is so overlooked and always put on the back burner when something else comes up, but make sure you prioritize your health and well being and make it a discipline! I myself have started daily ice baths, in addition to my normal self care rituals.

What are you doing to combat the January blues?

If all else fails, I’ve got lots of space left- come on in for a treatment! 😊
