We each need time to settle into changes - including those that are recent, those underway and those that we intuitively sense may be ahead. Feeling settled may only happen after we have tossed and turned late at night, after we have resisted or ignored the signs that surround us or after we have stopped trying to control or manage those things that can't be controlled or managed. If you are waiting to feel more settled, give yourself a little space, a little time and as many slow deep breaths that you need. Wishing you each peaceful moments tonight. I love you all.
