When I first moved from Brazil to Kingston in 2017, I bought a massage table and started seeing clients in their homes and at my own little place. The Brazilian community and playgroup moms were my first supporters, and thanks to them my practice grew quickly. Soon after, I was able to move into a bigger space and welcome even more people.

Three years ago, Prana Healing became a registered business — and since then, more than 400 clients have trusted me to bring healing, relaxation, and care to their lives. Every person who has laid down on my massage table has helped shape this journey, and I am endlessly grateful. 💛
