Health is simple, people are complicated 👈

When you have more stress than you can handle, or chronic stress for longer than you can handle, the Pain Teacher WILL show up - as literal pain or symptoms (we often label a specific disease)

Chronic mild stress can be detrimental as well, just as an acute excess stress from a traumatic event

If the stress lingers in your system chronically that's the issue

👉 Stress isn't just psychological, there are many forms of stress

And guess what, you're body doesn't know or care about the various types

It all goes into one bucket and if that stress bucket overflows, acutely or chronically, you will become dis-eased acutely or chronically (ps acute accidents on top of a full chronic stress bucket often ends up like "fibromyalgia" )

The body can't handle anymore and forces you to slow down and stop

It just wants homeostasis

Balance ☯️

And your innately intelligent body will attempt to create this balance - but you may not like its approach

For example, your body may manifest neck pain because of your bad habit of chin to chest on your phone for hours

You may have a lot of gas because you don't chew your food

You may fatigue because you sleep with your phone under your pillow

You may develop SIBO because you can't metabolize sulfur

You may develop interstitial cystitis because you ate too many high oxalate foods (🙋‍♀️)

You may develop arthritis because you don't ever ground to the Earth or get sunlight on your skin

You may develop an autoimmune condition because you're detox pathways are blocked

These aren't diseases, they are symptoms of dis-ease

They are messages for change

They are attempts to seek Balance

Balance is where our life force energy thrives

We can grow and heal and repair when given the right intention, energy and information

Imagine if this was taught in medical school 😳

Many drug manufacturers would be out a lot of money

And MANY people would be saved from illness or death due to medical drugs

instead most people experience gaslighting or "we don't know what's wrong with you - here's another different drug to try"

I personally believe pharmaceuticals are the number one cause of death - in the Western world anyway

Officially they have been found to be the 3rd leading cause:

"Prescription Medications Are The Third Leading Cause Of Death, After Heart Disease And Cancer" - Professor Peter C. Gøtzsche, who is a Danish medical researcher and leader of the Nordic Cochrane Center at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Please do your own research, look up known side effects of any meds, read the inserts, ask for documentation on the product, check the internet - forums, Facebook groups, Reddit, etc for groups of people that have suffered from various harmful medical drugs and/or interventions, don't just assume prescribed medication is safe or effective.

I'm not saying your doctor has nefarious intentions, I'm saying double check any medication you're recommended to take as your doctor may not know the risks - this is super common by the way

So many drugs are incredibly harmful to human health and wellbeing

- PPIs
- 💉 💉
- AZT
- Statins
- Remdesivir
- Antibiotics - especially fluroquinolones, EXTREMELY TOXIC
- Folic acid (not a drug but synthetic vitamin)
- phosphate based bone drugs
- SSRIs and Benzos
- Tylenol wrecks your liver
- Ibprophen wrecks your gut lining and fascia
- Oxycotin - heroine in a pill, what could go wrong...

My Story

I am a passionate, life long learner with a BSc in Human Kinetics from St FX University. I am a level 2 CHEK Practitioner and Holisitic Lifestyle Coach through the world renown and industry leading CHEK Institute. CHEK Practitioners are widely-recognized as the finest and most highly trained exercise therapists, strength & conditioning specialists and nutrition and lifestyle coaches in the world! With this training I take a truly holistic, 4 step approach to my exercise and lifestyle programs to help my clients overcome many conditions and improve strength, fitness and performance.

Other qualifications include TRX and Agatsu Kettlebell certifications, Can-Fit-Pro and CSEP PTS, level 1 Exercise is Medicine Canada Exercise Professional.
