Move Authentically Physiotherapy

Move Authentically Physiotherapy Move better, live better! Each individual has a unique way of moving that they have learned throughout their life.

If one is missing movement, flexibility or strength in an area, another area will adapt and compensate. Throughout one’s life we accumulate these movement errors and they will eventually cause pain. At MAP we unravel these individual movement problems, like we are piecing together a puzzle. By examining the whole body’s movement we will find each individual’s true movement pattern.

🩸 First-time blood donor! 💪

It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while, and it finally happened. The whole experience was quick, easy, and so rewarding. It's amazing knowing that one small act can make a real difference for someone in need. ❤️

If you’ve been thinking about donating, there’s no better time, there’s a Halloween Blood Drive happening tomorrow! 🎃🧛‍♀️
A perfect way to give back (and maybe show off your spooky spirit at the same time 👻).

At Move Authentically Physiotherapy, we’re all about keeping our community healthy, whether that’s through movement, recovery, or giving blood.

Another powerful session in the books with The Movement Club 💥
Today we hit the mats at rival_training for a KinStretch class led by the amazing Krista. This one was all about hip and spine mobility. 🌀
We worked on building strength and control through intentional, focused movement — unlocking tight hips, freeing up the spine, and giving our bodies the kind of attention they really need.
Mobility isn’t just about flexibility, it’s about moving better, feeling stronger, and preventing injury.

🔥 Want in?
Join us for upcoming Movement Club sessions, everyone’s welcome, all levels encouraged.

Come see what your body is capable of.

"I’m so grateful to receive the scholarship for the Level 2 Bradcliff Breathing Course!
I loved Level 1 and use it every day in my physiotherapy practice. I’m excited to dive even deeper so I can better support my clients with their breathing challenges.
I’ve been a Physiotherapist since 2011, working in private practice in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. I support clients with Asthma, Long-Covid, Breathing Pattern Dysfunction, and COPD—both one-on-one and through Breathing Classes and workshops.
What I love most is helping people connect with their breath. It’s a tool they carry with them every moment of the day, accessible, powerful, and transformative. Guiding people to use it well is empowering and life-changing.
A huge thank you to Bradcliff Breathing Methods for this amazing opportunity!"
