We hope this message finds you well. Today, we are reaching out with mixed emotions to share some important news about a valued member of our clinic family.
After five dedicated years of service, our beloved Office Manager, Amanda, will be moving on from her role here at Frontenac Chiropractic to pursue a new professional opportunity aligned with her career advancement goals. While we are beyond saddened to see her go, we are deeply grateful for the time, care, and compassion she has given to our patients and our team. Alongside her will be her lovable companion, Ollie—the sweet, tail-wagging pup who has brought comfort and smiles to so many of our patients over the years. Whether curled up under the desk or gently greeting visitors at the door, Ollie has been a loving, joyful part of our clinic family.
Throughout the years, Amanda has been the welcoming face at the front desk, the calm voice on the phone, and the steady hand that helped guide our office through countless changes. She has touched the lives of so many—offering not only professionalism and efficiency, but also warmth, empathy, and unwavering dedication.
Though this transition is bittersweet, we fully support Amanda in her next chapter and know that wherever life takes her, she will continue to make a difference.
In the coming weeks, we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition so that your experience at Frontenac Chiropractic remains seamless and supportive. Our new office administrator will be introduced shortly, and we look forward to continuing to serve you with the same level of care and excellence you’ve come to expect.
