The CRA’s Authorized Medical Practitioners list determines which healthcare services qualify for the Medical Expense Tax Credit.

Many recognized professionals are included.

But in most provinces, Certified Music Therapists are not.

Adding music therapists would mean more families could access care with reduced financial burden.
