We opened more appointments 🤍 Which means more space to connect, be supported, and take that next step -whatever that looks like for you.

🦋 Britney (RP Qualifying) is here for teens + adults navigating life’s many layers—with a grounded, supportive approach across a variety of concerns. She has usually been our evening gal but has opened up some additional daytime appointments on Mondays.

🦋Ashley C (RP Qualifying) continues to support children + families, with a focus on neurodiversity, behavioural needs, and mental health—while also holding space for teens and adults. She has a few Thursday afternoons available and some weekends by request - and we suspect continued expansion into the summer months.

🦋Korinna is expanding her offerings, now providing 1:1 and group Human Design readings alongside her Reiki sessions—bringing such a unique mind-body-spirit approach to the space. If you don't see a time that works for you - reach out directly to her and she will try her best to accomodate.

Please welcome our newest team member Maya Lott (Registered Massage Therapist) 🦋

Around here, you can come for the therapy… and stay for the massage (or vice versa—we don’t judge 😉).

Maya offers a range of treatments to support whatever your body’s been holding onto lately—from relaxation to more targeted work like cupping, lymphatic drainage, TMJ support, prenatal care + more.

Basically… if your brain and your body both need a little extra support right now, we’ve got you covered.

March Spotlight to Ashley & Korinna 🦋🎂

Ashley—one of our newer faces who already feels so woven into the space. The way she shows up for families navigating big emotions, neurodiversity, and those really tough moments is something special. She has this ability to slow things down, get curious about what’s underneath, and help families reconnect in a way that actually feels doable. And she’s also always the one bringing in the games, the fun, the little things that make her sessions feel lighter and more kid-friendly. 🎲

Korinna—of course the most grounding presence in our clinic. She has this quiet way of moving through the space that just shifts the energy (in the best way). Through her reiki work, she helps keep things feeling clear and balanced, not just for clients but for all of us. Lately she’s been expanding even more—offering yoga in the community (maybe even in our space soon😏), adding Human Design into the list of services offered in the clinic, and ALSO in the process of editing her own book, which is such a big and beautiful milestone. We are so proud of her! 📖🩷

In thes last few weeks of March we have been feeling like a bit of a turning point—more light, a little more energy, a sense of things opening up again. It feels so fitting to be celebrating you both in this season.

My name is Kira, and I am a 3rd year student in the Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology program at St. Lawrence College. You might see me at the front desk during your next appointment, most likely with a coffee I hand! I’m passionate about mental health awareness and I hope to pursue a career in psychotherapy. About Me

My name is Kyla Balderson and I am a Registered Social Worker within the College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW). I have been in practice for 6 years in various positions within the Kingston to Ottawa region. I have worked in various settings before starting my private practice including but not limited to; community health centres, outpatient hospital programs, crisis response teams, children’s mental health, family and children’s services, youth residential treatment programs, youth detention facilities, adult shelter programs, and post-secondary student support programs.

I work from an integrated psychotherapy format that includes various approaches/interventions; allowing me to be flexible to meet you where you are at and help you improve your quality of life. Some of the common interventions I use are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing/Life Coach Interventions, Solution- Focused Brief Therapy and Strengths-Based/Client Centered Therapy.

I strive to provide a safe and confidential space with an empathetic and compassionate approach to support you in understanding yourself. I believe in the strengths of my clients and the importance of being heard, understood and supported. I provide supportive counselling as well as psychotherapy. As your therapist, I am dedicated to helping you recognize your areas of strengths and how to build on them. Through our time together, I will utilize the above interventions that apply specifically to you and your area of needs.
