About the Presenter:
My name is Rebekah and I am a Registered Dietitian, a mama to a 2 year old boy, and a recreational athlete. I began my career as a community dietitian with a passion for sport nutrition. I worked in the community for the first 6 years of my career but after a bumpy pregnancy and postpartum journey, I decided it was time to venture into the private practice where I could focus my experience and skills on helping new mamas fuel their bodies through pregnancy, postpartum and their return to movement.

About the Workshop:
In the workshop, we are going to discuss fueling your body through the 4th trimester and postpartum. We focus on your body's needs for healing, recovering as well as how to meet your high energy demands when time and energy are lacking.
