About Michelle:
Michelle Lehoux’s professional experience spans education, crisis response, and mental health support. With training in child development, she has taught with three school boards across Ontario, including the Limestone District School Board, and has worked as a 911 dispatcher, refugee resettlement worker, and counsellor for women and children in domestic violence shelters. Michelle now provides psychotherapy in private practice (www.michellelehoux.com).

Michelle is also a tired mom of two who has wrestled with guilt and the relentless social pressures of modern motherhood, learning to replace perfectionism with self-compassion and to redefine what it means to be “enough.”
