Another burnout prevention tip! 👆🏻
No one wants to rush through life. Rushing doesn’t actually help us anyways. It’s more effective to slow down and move with intention. Practical ways to embrace slowing down:
⭐️ walk slower from point A to point B
⭐️ actually sit down to eat
⭐️ drink your coffee slowly
⭐️ notice your surroundings
⭐️ drop your shoulders & smile
