My entire professional life Is dedicated to helping people feel better in their own skin and to optimize how their bodies function to enhance the quality of their lives. I believe that the body, mind and soul are interconnected and you can’t treat one without affecting the others. At this time, I am not accepting new clients for massage therapy but am happy to refer other wonderful practitioners.

Most of us have been through a hard time.
Or are going through a hard time.
Or will go through a hard time.

My yoga practice is one of the places I can release old emotions stored inside my body and mind.

Here is where the rest of the word can be paused and I can connect with my breath and my body and move and sweat and raise my vibrations.

I have other places that help me (my partner’s presence, journaling, running, nature walks, music), but in this room I can bring this healing practice to others.

At 42, I decided I wanted to be able to do the splits.

I wish I had taken a “before (read - 4 weeks ago) photo, but I have been diligently practicing every day.

Your body is not set in stone. Muscles and tendons can lengthen. It’s not overnight, but practice makes progress.

If you’ve been writing off goals due to age (or whatever else is holding you back), this is your sign. Go get it.
