We’ve had a lot of thoughtful conversations at the clinic about this, and while it’s not something we love having to address, it’s important for us and for all of our clients 💛
Over the past 30 days, we’ve had a number of missed appointments. We completely understand that life happens — we’re human too, and unexpected things come up for us as well.
That said, even a few minutes’ notice makes a big difference. We often have clients waiting and hoping to take those last-minute openings, and missed appointments mean not only lost time for your RMT, but also a missed opportunity for someone else to receive care.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our updated cancellation/no-show policy. It helps us continue to provide the best care possible to all of our amazing clients — both new and returning.
